Supplier to Provide Communicational Products

Wildlife Conservation Society, Viet Nam Office (WCS) is seeking for Supplier(s) who provides communicational products with details as follows:

1. Quantity & requirements:                             

• Quantity: 400 notebooks, 400 cloth bags, 300 factsheets, 300 hats, 250 polo shirts, 450 thermo cups, 400 paper bags.
• Requirements: size, material and design of each product are described in detail in the attached quotation form
• A sample product (for each item) is required for approval before mass production.
• One supplier can quote for all or some of the above items.

2. Proposals should include:

• Signed and stamped quotation
• Material sample to be used
• Similar products which is previously provided/produced by the supplier (WCS will return the samples after completing evaluation and process)..

Proposals (hard copy & sample products, sample material) should be sent in sealed envelope to WCS office at D building, No. 3 Thanh Cong, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi.
