We are looking for a Supplier to provide consultancy service on “Situation Analysis for the New Sponsorship Program in Viet Nam” with TOR as attached.

The selection criteria can be found in attached “Appendix 3 – selection criteria”.

Interested suppliers can send their competitive packages in English via email including:

1. Copy of business license/Copy of Identity card & PIT code
2. Technical proposal
3. Financial proposal with detailed breakdown cost (attached Appendix 1 – RFQ) and with confirmation to adhere to all mandatory Save the Children policies (as mentioned in Appendix 2- mandatory policies).
4. CV of team leader and team members
5. List of past works.

The competitive offer package must be received no later than 13.00 21^st July, 2023. Failure to meet the closing time may result in the offer being void.

• The subject of the email should be “PR318024/Bidder Response – ‘Supplier Name’, ‘Date’’.
• All attached documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
• Emails should not exceed 15mb – if the file sizes are large, please split the submission into two emails. 
• Do not copy other SCI email addresses into the email when you submit it as this will invalidate your bid.
