Supplier to Provide Workshop Organizing Services in Da Nang, Con Dao, Phu Quoc, Hai Phong

Wildlife Conservation Society, Viet Nam Program (WCS) is seeking for Supplier(s) who provides workshop organizing services in 4 cities and provinces as follows:

• 01 workshop in Da Nang planned on 21, 22, 23 Feb., 2022
• 01 workshop in Con Dao, planned on 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 Mar., 2022
• 01 workshop in Phu Quoc, planned on 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 Apr., 2022
• 01 workshop in Hai Phong, planned on 7 June, 2022

1. Requirements for companies participating in the bid:

• has at least 5 years of experience in organizing event, workshop.
• has recently organized at least 5 workshops with more than 50 participants for state/governmental organizations/agencies.
• commits to have at least 3 supporting/coordinating staff with more than 3 years of experience in similar events to support each workshop
• has at least 5 years cooperating with the proposed hotel(s)
• be able to organize field trip activities in Da Nang (Cu Lao Cham Biosphere Reserve in Hoi An city, Quang Nam province or Son Tra Nature Reserve) and in Con Dao (Con Dao National Park).
• Having experience in organizing teleconference event is preferred.

3. Proposals should include:

• Business license
• List of similar workshops have been done recently for state/governmental organizations/agencies.
• Information/descriptions and photos of the hotel to meet the requirements.
• Description of cooperation with proposed hotel(s) from 2017 up to present.
• Plan/details of organizing field trip in Cu Lao Cham Biosphere Reserve in Hoi An city, Quang Nam province or Son Tra Nature Reserve in Da Nang city and in Con Dao National Park
• Brief information/CV of supporting employees assigned to support workshops.
• Signed and stamped quotation. (Interested companies, please send a letter of interest to email [email protected] to get quotation form).

Proposals (hard copy) should be sent in sealed envelope to WCS office at D building, No. 3 Thanh Cong, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi.
