Suppliers to Provide Server-Application Software to Run Public Administration Reform Database System

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) is assigned by the Government of Vietnam to implement a project for “Strengthening the capacity of Vietnamese Government’s agencies in accelerating and improving Public Administration Reform efficiency and effectiveness”. The project is funded by UNDP and other donors through One UN Fund. The main objective of the project is to support the implementation of the Public Administration Reform (PAR) Master Program and the Action Plan of the Government to carry out the 5th Resolution of the Party Central Committee (the Xth term) on “Accelerating PAR, improving public effectiveness and efficiency”. The project consists of 4 main components as follows: 1) PAR process management and policy development strengthened; 2) Alternatives public service delivery reforms assessed and piloted; 3) Local government reform; 4) PAR communication/information improved and PAR partnership strengthened.

In the continuation of the Bidding Plan for 2012, the Project will support MoHA to run PAR database system by providing server-application software for two servers. Therefore, the Project would like to invite Proposals from eligible national bidders to provide the goods described above.
