Suppliers to supply 500 backpacks for the USAID Biodiversity Conservation project

WWF-Viet Nam, USAID Biodiversity Conservation would like to invite Suppliers to submit your best quotation to supply 500 backpacks for the USAID Biodiversity Conservation project.

Instruction for quotation submission:

The official quotation is signed, stamped, and required documents according to Item D – Document requirement. Please send the official quotation with the subject as “FY24-0820 BCA – Quotation_[Supplier’s name]-Supply 500 backpacks to USAID-BC Project” to email: [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected].

The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.

Evaluation and selection methodology:

Bidders who submit their documents following the submission deadline requirement, with complete details of the required documents, will be considered for evaluation. WWF will evaluate specifications, fabric samples, warranties, delivery and related experience. Bidders who are evaluated that meets the requirements will be consider for price evaluation.

The bidder who offered the best price will be selected as the supplier for this package.

Deadline for submission: on or before 11:30 a.m, June 21^st, 2024 (Hanoi time – ICT).
