Team of Evaluators to Conduct Project Final Evaluation

Organization: Plan is an international humanitarian, child-centred community development organization without religious, political or government affiliation. Plan Vietnam, in cooperation with the local authorities, is currently implementing projects in 9 provinces and cities in the northern and central regions of the country. Plan Vietnam is implemented Country Strategic Plan CSP4 for 2016-2020, which outlines the situation of children, and Plan’s response to these issues in the areas of health, education, livelihoods, child protection, water and environmental sanitation.

Task: We are looking for a team of evaluators to conduct the final evaluation of the “Empowering female migrant youth to succeed in the city and workplace” project (project VNM100401). Please find the attached TOR for more details.

Note: Only short-listed teams will be contacted for interview. Interviews will be conducted at the Plan International office in Hanoi on 8th January 2019. The selected evaluators are requested to participate in the evaluation design workshop will be organized on 16th and 17th January 2019.
