NOTICE OF CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST NO. VIE029 13 608

Title: Technical Assistance in Holding Final RIMS+ Survey for the Program of Developing Business with the Rural Poor in Cao Bang Province

Maximum budget: 19 500ERUR – performance period from December 2013 to February 2014

The Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (Lux-Development) launches a Call for expressions of interest for the acquisition of services for Technical Assistance in Holding Final RIMS + Impact Survey for the Program of Developing Business with the Rural Poor in Cao Bang Province (Services)” on behalf of Project VIE/029 receiving financial support from the Governments of the Vietnam and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Services providers that are invited to express their interest to offer the services mentioned above are any firms legally established, specialised in agriculture and rural development or related field.

Indicatively, services providers will have to demonstrate their technical capacity and experience in the areas of the results and impact management system plus impact survey.

The start of the contract is foreseen from December 2013 until February 2014 for the duration within 04 months. Interested services providers must be available for the entire period foreseen and willing to intervene in Cao Bang city and districts/communes, Cao Bang Province. The maximum budget available for this contract is estimated to 19 500 EUR.

Interested services providers are invited to submit sufficient documentation to respond to the selection criteria. The latter are available on request at the postal and email addresses given below. The application dossier including the selection criteria and the application form can also be sent by post mail to address as below.

The shortlist of candidates invited to submit a full offer will be established of minimum three (3) and maximum eight (8) companies evaluated as qualified and ranked if necessary against the selection criteria.
