Technical Assistance (TA) towards “Developing Business with the Rural Poor in Cao Bang"

The Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (Lux-Development) launches a Call for expressions of interest for the acquisition of services for “Developing manual of sample design for small-scale infrastructure scheme” (Services) on behalf of Project VIE/029 receiving financial support from the Governments of the Vietnam and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Services providers that are invited to express their interest to offer the services mentioned above are any group of qualified national individual consultants specialised in the areas of construction or rural development.

Indicatively, services providers will have to demonstrate their technical capacity and experience in the areas of developing manual of sample design for small-scale infrastructure scheme; TOT trainers training and coaching on this manual contents.

The start of the contract is foreseen from 20 December 2013 untill 31 March 2014 for the duration within 03 months and a half. Interested services providers must be available for the entire period foreseen and willing to intervene in Cao Bang town, Cao Bang Province. The maximum budget available for this contract is estimated to 14 000 EUR.

The shortlist of candidates invited to submit a full offer will be established of minimum three (3) and maximum eight (8) firms evaluated as qualified and ranked if necessary against the selection criteria.
