Technical Assistant – Agronomist /Agro-economist (Sa Pa, Vietnam)

Technical Assistant – Agronomist/Agro-economist (Sa Pa, Vietnam)
Agrisud International’s representative in Vietnam is seeking a Technical Assistant – Agronomist/Agro-economist to support the project coordinator in developing technical production itineraries and drafting project reports. The Technical Assistant will report directly to the project coordinator and collaborate with Agrisud’s operations management in France.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the technical support program: analyze production systems, design technical itineraries, etc.
- Oversee action plan implementation and monitoring: supervise field activities, report to the coordinator, and manage monitoring and evaluation.
- Provide technical and methodological support to the project team and local partners (PNHL, Communes).
- Assist the coordinator in their duties.
Qualifications:
- Agronomist or Agro-economist with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in agricultural development projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools (objective-based planning, operational programming, M&E).
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- 125cc motorcycle license.
- Fluency in Vietnamese, French, and English.
