Technical Experts in Gender and Monitoring and Evaluation related to HIV

The Sustainable HIV Response From Technical Assistance (SHIFT) Project is USAID’s flagship HIV program responsible for providing demand-driven technical assistance (TA) to strengthen human, organizational, and systems capacity and transition the HIV/AIDS response in Vietnam. The project’s central vehicle to facilitate and fulfill this demand-driven TA is the Kenh Hop Tac Ho Tro Ky Thuat (TA Marketplace).

The USAID/SHIFT Project is currently seeking technical experts in gender and monitoring and evaluation related to HIV, based in Hanoi. Vietnamese local nationals with knowledge, experience and skills in either of the following areas are sought:

1. Gender-sensitive monitoring and evaluation systems, including indicator selection, data collection, analysis, monitoring and reporting for HIV
2. Gender equality and mainstreaming for HIV, including gender analysis and gender-sensitive planning and budgeting to inform the HIV response
