The Project management unit for the project “Biogas Program for Animal Husbandry Sector of Vietnam 2016-2020”

Biogas Program for Animal Husbandry Sector of Vietnam 2016-2020” (called the Project) is implemented by the Department of Livestock Production (Project owner) and the Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development as the Governing Agency. The project is sponsored by the Endev fund through SNV Vietnam. The project goal is to develop a market based biogas sector by supporting the construction and installation of biogas plants at household level. The project implementation is stretching across 45 provinces and cities nation-wide.

The Project needs to recruit a Technical Officer in charge of Research and Development (R&D) who will work for PMU. The main responsibility is to oversee the R&D activities, to coordinate and promote all R&D activities relating to biogas sector under the Project. The specific tasks, duties and requirements for this positions are detailed in the Job Description attached.
