Title: Technical support to the Provincial Cooperatives Alliance (PCA) in formulating 03 role models of cooperatives in Cao Bang Province (Services)

Maximum budget:  10 000 EUR - performance period from 15 November 2013 to 31 March 2014

The Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (Lux-Development) launches a Call for expressions of interest for the acquisition of services for “Technical support to the Provincial Cooperatives Alliance (PCA) in formulating 03 role models of cooperatives in Cao Bang Province” (Services) on behalf of Project VIE/029 receiving financial support from the Governments of the Vietnam and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Services providers that are invited to express their interest to offer the services mentioned above are any qualified individual consultants specialised in the areas of agriculture, economic management or related field.

Indicatively, services providers will have to demonstrate their technical capacity and experience in the areas of formulating role model of cooperatives.

The start of the contract is foreseen from 15 November 2013 untill 31 March 2014 for the duration within 04 months and a half. Interested services providers must be available for the entire period foreseen and willing to intervene in Cao Bang town, Cao Bang Province. The maximum budget available for this contract is estimated to 10 000 EUR.

Interested services providers are invited to submit sufficient documentation to respond to the selection criteria. The latter are available on request at the postal and email addresses given below. The shortlist of candidates invited to submit a full offer will be established of minimum three (3) and maximum eight (8) firms evaluated as qualified and ranked if necessary against the selection criteria.
