Working in Hanoi and in a friendly and diverse environment, the Temp Program Finance Officer will support all iSEE staff in managing project management system, budgeting and reporting. 

Major responsibility: (More details in the Job Description)

• Manage of project management system and reconcile with accounting system
• In charge of budgeting for the organization, new project and support in activity budgeting
• Check and verify for all payments and budget lines for each expense
• Verify all overhead and staff cost allocation with Finance Manager
• Compose project financial reports

Key requirements: (More details in the Job Description)

• BA Degree – Major in finance and accounting is preferable. 
• Commitment to iSEE values, principles and practices in cultural diversity, sexual diversity, human rights based approach;
• At least 03 years’ experience at similar job. 
• Fluent in English.
• Detail oriented.
