Three National Consultants for the Design of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) Development Project in Tra Vinh Province, Vietnam

The Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) is seeking three following national consultants to participate in the design team for the Tra Vinh SME Development Project:
- one consultant in small and medium-sized enterprise development
- one national consultant in environmental sustainability
- one national consultant in ethnic minority issues

The Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) is undertaking planning activities to design a SME development project with the province of Tra Vinh (TV). The goal of the project is to improve economic opportunities for poor rural men and women, including ethnic minorities, in Tra Vinh province through support for the development of rural micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The project purpose is to support the effective and sustainable development and implementation of a provincial SME Development Plan. Tra Vinh will manage and implement the initiative through a program-based approach (PBA) using existing Vietnam systems and regulations (national and sub-national).

The selected consultants shall work with the CIDA design team.  Please find more details of the assignment in the attached Terms of References.
