Training consultant on planning skills for the youth

The Center of Help for Indigenous Value Promotion and Sustainable Environment (CHIASE) is a Vietnamese non-government organization. CHIASE is implementing the “Supporting Vulnerable Youth and Children in Response to COVID-19” project in Dong Anh and Gia Lam District, Hanoi. The project aims to contribute to the Vietnam government's COVID-19 response, and to help solve the difficulties caused by the pandemic for the vulnerable youth and children from rural areas so that they can access the necessary services and raise income, overall contribute to the eradication of hunger and poverty reduction for rural areas in Vietnam.

CHIASE is now looking for a consultant on planning skills for the youth. For more detailed works please refer to the TOR attached.
