Training Specialist

Agence de Médecine Préventive (AMP) is a non-profit organization with headquarters in Paris. AMP’s mission is to promote preventive medicine and public health (see more information at: www.aamp.org) AMP office in Vietnam is searching for a Training Specialist to conduct training projects.

Incumbent’s duties:

Under the supervision of the Director of the International Center for Human resources for health and in close cooperation with AMP’s instructional designers, and ITC specialists, the training specialist will perform the following duties:

he/she will have to:

- Conduct training needs assessment studies
- Design training curricula in the area of Public Health and immunization
- Instructional design learning materials for health professionnals.
- Develop e-learning modules
- Manage Learning Management System platform
- Design and deliver training of trainers in the Public Health Sector
- Conduct formative, summative, and normative training evaluation studies

Qualifications:

- Academic education: master degree in Education Science or equivalent.
- Completely fluent in English and Vietnamese native speaking.
- Able to draft technical documents in English as well as translation of relevant working documents if necessary.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Using Moodle software or others e-learning platforms is an asset.
- Using learning content editor softwares.

Required Experience:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of Education Science or training and education
- Developing distance learning modules
- Working at international level is an asset

Other requirements:

- Good organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to interact professionally and effectively with various players.
- Capacity to both easily integrate into a team and to work autonomously.
- Being agile, flexible and logical thinking.
- Being self-motivated, self-disciplined, result-oriented and good time management skills.
- Tact, discretion and sensitivity to cultural differences.
- French speaking is an asset

Conditions

- The salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and training.
- Full time contract – 01 year. And the successful candidate will begin to work immediately after the selection.
- The Training specialist is administratively attached to the AMP’s office in Hanoi.
