Translator/Interpreter cum Administrative Assistant
Lux Development’s Project VIE/027 - Support for Health Care Policy for the Poor in Cao Bang and Bac Kan provinces funded by Vietnam - Luxembourg Cooperation is seeking:
TRANSLATOR / INTERPRETER cum ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
One position in Cao Bang province will be open October 2013
Main tasks
- Supporting the Project by providing high quality interpretation services in meetings, workshops, conferences with local counterparts.
- Accurate and prompt two-way translation of project documents and correspondence.
- Acting as liaison between international consultants and local counterparts.
- General office and administrative duties as delegated by the Project.
- Logistics for meetings, conferences and workshops.
Qualifications
- University degree in English foreign language.
- Proficiency in office software (Word/Excel/Power Point, etc).
- Past experience working with foreign agencies in health sector in ethnic minority areas of Vietnam is preferable.
- Willingness to work in Cao Bang and travel to Bac Kan province.
Contract duration:
12 months (2 months of probation), extendable to 15 months based on project life period.
