- 01 Northern Programme Facilitator, based in Hanoi Office with travel to the fields
- 01 Programme Officer based in Ho Chi Minh Office, with travel to the fields
- 01 Technical Advisor (Emergency & Food Rights) based in Hanoi Office, with travel to the fields
