Vacancies at an Anticipated Five-year USAID-funded Project

Chemonics International seeks candidates for an anticipated five-year USAID-funded project in the Lower Mekong sub-region to strengthen the skills of 20,000 current and future workers in science, technology, engineering, math, accounting, and tourism (STEM+AT) sectors. Working with vocational training centers and higher education institutions in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar, this project will enhance ASEAN’s ability to improve economic integration and global competitiveness through human resource development and access to quality education.  Candidates are sought for full-time and part-time roles in the following areas: Monitoring & Evaluation; Labor Market Economics; Higher Education Leadership and Management; Vocational Education and Training; Distance Learning; Mobile Learning Solutions; STEM+AT Curriculum Design and Delivery; Youth Workforce Development; Youth Engagement; Quality Standards; Human Resources Management; Human and Institutional Capacity Development; Association-Building; Grants Management; Accounting; Office Administration. Qualifications for the above positions include the following:

  • A minimum of five years of professional experience.
  • Experience working with international donor-funded projects.
  • An advanced degree in a related field.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills in English are required.
