Action on Poverty (AOP) in Vietnam is seeking 4 vacancies:

1. Vietnam Country Director

The Vietnam Country Director at Action on Poverty (AOP) plays a pivotal role in advancing our mission through excellence in program development and administration, the development of new global support services, and the fostering of national leadership. The Vietnam Country Director will guide AOP in achieving its vision of making a meaningful and lasting impact on poverty alleviation, and thus contributing to a more equitable, just, and prosperous world for all. This role is an integral part of AOP's commitment to fostering positive change, empowering the changemaker, and driving effective, evidence-based development practices.

2. Short-term Disability Inclusion Audit

This position will conduct a disability inclusion audit with a partner organization funded under the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade Australian NGO Cooperation Program (ANCP) for a short term.

3. Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Coordinator (Temporary/ Service Contract)

The MEL Coordinator will provide overall coordination, data collection and technical supervision for all MEL aspects of AOP programs, products and projects.The position will support improvement of on-going M&E system to ensure compliance and relevance of the system and as well as assist with the organisation’s M&E activities across programs.

4. Service/ Project Manager to manage projects and assigned services in the assigned areas and provide technical assistance to local partners to ensure timely and effective project implementation, reporting, donor liaison, and activity planning.
