The Institute for Studies of Society, Economy and Environment (iSEE) is an independent organization that works towards a prosperous, equitable, democratic and civilized society. We are expanding our program and would like to fill some key positions. We currently have the following open position:

Communication officer

Main responsibilities

  • Carry out communication projects (planning, implementing, reporting) assigned by the Commu-nication Manager.
  • Directly manage iSEE communication publications (website, facebook, publication, design).
  • Establish and maintain partnership with domestic and international media.

Main requirements

  • Have good knowledge and working experience with Vietnamese and international news media.
  • Have good speaking and writing skills in Vietnamese; good English competence is an advantage.
  • Skillful in social communication (online communication/social media)
  • Being capable of graphic designing and creative in producing communication materials (video clips, contemporary arts...) is a big advantage.
  • Interested in social equality and human rights.

Development Program Assistant

Main responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, supervise, write progress and financial reports for development program activities assigned by the Program Manager.
  • Maintain partnership with program's partners and communities (ethnic minorities, LGBT, youth and other social groups).

Main requirements

  • Having a Bachelor or Master’s degree in social sciences, economics, psychology, management or related subjects is an advantage.
  • Experienced in project management and have good communication skills.
  • Interested in social equality and human rights.

LGBT Program Assistant

Main responsibilities

  • Carry out projects that defend LGBT rights, specifically activities in training, communication, research, advocacy and communities building.
  • Maintain relationships with the LGBT community and development partners.

Main requirements

  • Having a Bachelor or Master’s degree in social sciences, law, management or related subjects.
  • Understand and be capable of conveying the LGBT community's voice.
  • Communicate well in spoken, written and graphic language, good English competence is an advantage.
  • Interested in social equality and human rights.

All positions are eligible for a 2-year contract with the possibility of extension. The probation period is 2 months from the date of contract signing, with 100% benefits as per iSEE policies.
