GENERAL ABOUT WINROCK INTERNATIONAL:

PROGRAM SUMMARY:
Winrock International is seeking applicants for following positions for an anticipated Asian Development Bank (ADB) Payment for Forest Ecosystem Services (PFES) program in Vietnam. This project will support the Government of Vietnam integrate ecosystem services in socioeconomic planning, increase the efficiency of PFES mechanisms, and improve the livelihoods of local communities through the sustainable management of environmental resources. Part of this effort will involve cooperating with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD), Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) to synchronize land use planning and forest master planning, including ecosystem services accounting.
