Vacancies for Public–Private Partnership Support Project

Grant Thornton Vietnam seeks Vietnamese Nationals to work on the ADB Loan for Public–Private Partnership Support Project-Consulting Services Contract: PPP Technical Advisory on Policy, Institutional, Financial, and Safeguards. All consultants must have a university degree in social or natural sciences, public or business administration, or related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in directly dealing with their theme/sector issues pertaining to PPP and/or ODA-funded projects in Vietnam.

The objective of this project is to facilitate the creation of Public Private Partnerships within State Agencies, preparing feasibility studies, providing transaction advisory, develop a PPP MIS system, and build capacity and PPP toolkits within State Agencies.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with ADB procurement regulations.
