Vehicle disposal from ADB

The Administrative Section of the Asian Development Bank in Hanoi is selling an used vehicle via a silent auction.

Vehicle Description

• Toyota Landcruiser 4.7 GX-R8 SAF AT FLR (7 seater) made in Japan in year 2010
• Capacity: 4700 cc (fuel)
• Left hand drive, white colour, auto gear transmission
• Imported into Vietnam in 2010
• Registration Plate No: 80-546-QT-10

The vehicle will be sold in its current condition. The ADB will not make any repairs, maintenance or any guarantee on the vehicles condition on its sale date - it will not be returnable, nor the payment be refundable. The vehicle can be inspected at the ADB office at 16 Phan Chu Trinh, Hoan Kiem dist, Hanoi from 20 to 24 November 2023 by prior appointment at the phone number (+84 24 3266 2136).

The vehicle was imported into Vietnam duty/tax free under diplomatic privileges and will be sold with the understanding that all required Government duties or taxes, if any, will be responsibility of the purchaser and not of the ADB in Hanoi.

Interested bidders who are not entitled to similar duty/tax free scheme are recommended to read applicable legal document issued by the local government regarding taxes and duties to be imposed on the sale of this vehicle before submitting the bid.

Bidders can complete the below tables and submit this form in a sealed envelope addressed to the Administration Section, ADB Office, 3rd Floor, CornerStone Building, 16 Phan Chu Trinh, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. The envelope should be marked: "To: Administration Unit Vehicle Bid - Toyota Landcruiser"

Bidders are requested to deposit amount of: USD3000 (Three thousand US Dollars) /vehicle

Deadline for submission: 12 p.m. Friday 24 November, 2023

The successful bidder will be notified by COB 30 November 2023 and will have to pay for the vehicle within five working days.

The unsuccessful bidders will be notified on or after 30 November, 2023 to present at ADB Finance Unit, 3rd Floor CornerStone Building 16 Phan Chu Trinh, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi to receive the deposit amount.
