At present, Vietnam Country Office has programs in 22 out of 63 provinces in Vietnam.

We are looking for a Vietnamese team for Videographer Team, with following information:

I.    Objectives of the Videographer Team:

Videographer Team is expected to use your products to show the sponsors what Save the Children in Vietnam has implemented to create print-rich environment for children and foster parents and community engagement to facilitate the learning environment for children both at home and in school; as well as to incorporate scenes of vibrant, happy children to give sponsors context of what it is like for a child to learn, play and grow-up in Vietnam. Videos maybe used in a variety of productions including on sponsor’s online accounts, electronic Annual Status Reports, social media and more.

II.    Videographer Team ‘s  requirements

  • Videographer Team is responsible for Producing 02 video clips: Reading Camps within LBNB   program and Thank You video. The specific requirements for clips are shown in Scope of Work
  • The filming crew should be consisted of 3-4 members, including director, camera operators and backstage assistant
  • Fully equipped equipment, such as cameras/camcorders, micros, voice recorders, lightning equipment and flycam if possible…
  • Follow Save the Children’s scripts of the Reading Camps Video but the consultants should contribute ideas and suggestions to improve the quality of the video
  • Develop ideas and prepare decoration for the Thank You Video
  • Montage and edit the videos to meet the requirements of Save the Children’s branding; Be able to edit the videos until all requirements are met
  • Provide translation and subtitles/captions for the videos with the assistance of program’s staff
  • Add visual effects for the attractive of the videos
  • Be sure to included explanation of the program’s activities
  • Follow the filming schedule in Lao Cai
  • Submit the videos on time and meet the requirements
  • Be a good listener and a professional team

V. Videographer Team’s Qualifications:

  • Having background and knowledge in media and communication
  • Having knowledge and strong experiences in movie making
  • Ability to follow the schedule
  • Be fluent in English and Vietnamese
