Volunteer opportunities with CSAGA

Center for Studies and Applied Sciences in Gender – Family - Women and Adolescents (CSAGA) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization which was founded in 2001. CSAGA’s mission is to promote Gender Equality in Vietnam. During its existence CSAGA has carried out large number projects on gender equality promotion, domestic violence prevention and human trafficking prevention.

Office for Supporting Gender based violence survivors

Office for Supporting Gender based violence survivors was founded in September 2011 by CSAGA. Its main duties are comprehensive approaching and supporting for survivors including rescue, psychological consultancy and law services. Since establishment, the Office has supported many cases which drew public’s attention for example, Ms Le Thi Ly in Vinh Phuc, Ms Tran Thi Ngoan in Thai Binh, etc.

We are looking for Vietnamese volunteers for Office for Supporting Gender based violence survivors with following requirements:

1.Information Technology

Job type: Part-time (Volunteer arrange suitable time)

Responsibilities:
- Teach basic MS office for officers
- Consult, build up and manage Office’s Facebook, Yahoo Blog..

Requirements:
- Good at MS office
- Good at in using internet
- Knowledge and experience in using social network
- Preferred: experience in SEO

2.Communications and Press

Job type: Part-time (may work at home)

Responsibilities:
- Write news, article for Office
- Manage content of Facebook and Yahoo Blog

Requirements:
- Good writing skill (in both English and Vietnamese)
- Preferred: People study at Literature department of Academic of Journalism & Communication and Nguyen Du Literature School
