Volunteer Opportunity

MACDI is seeking a volunteer for its project department, based in Ha Noi

Requirement:

Have good English: verbal communication and writing skill 

Priorities:

- Have experience in development and implementation of technical cooperation projects
- Have experience in results-based management system, project and program monitoring and evaluation. Have knowledge of program and budget management, project administration and evaluation concepts and procedures
- Have fund raising experience, have contact with embassies and development agencies in Vietnam
- Have experience in policy research in areas such as development, industrial, agricultural policy, education and training policy
- Understand microfinance activities, small enterprises development and trends of business
- Have experiences with community development projects, preferably having experience in managing and conducting microfinance programs or income generation activities and business development services
- Have experience in marketing, sales or financial service industry.
- Have ability to take initiative, work as a team member, and to deal with people with tact and diplomacy.
