Volunteers and Interns

We are looking for potential candidates for the positions of volunteers and interns in the fields below:

Sales (05) – Product Design (02) – Marketing (05) – Group Developing (03) regarding the creation of sustainable livelihoods to the disabled.

BACKGROUND:

Hold The Future Center is a non-governmental organization with the aims of creating livelihoods to the disabled youngsters. We have contributed significantly and actively to the vocational activities to the youngsters with disabilities in Hanoi and other provinces.

Location: No.96, Group 19B, Co Nhue, Bac Tu Liem, Ha Noi

We are looking for the candidates who meet the requirements to work with us in our recent projects.

Working time: 2 – 5 days per week.

Working contract lasts from 03 to 18 months. The candidates choose their favorable working time and duration.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree, preferably Economics, Business Administration, Arts and Social Work.
• Excellent in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Good communication and translation skills (English, Vietnamese)
• It will be an advantage if the candidate:
• Can use graphic designing program and Web administration, SEO.
• Has experiences holding events and meetings
• Is the disabled or has worked with the disabled
• Has experiences regarding the recruited positions.

OTHERS:

• Adapt to changes and learn quickly
• Able to work independently and in group
• Patient and hard-working
• Handle working under pressure well
• Comfortable to work with the disabled

BENEFITS OF CANDIDATES:

• Experience the practical working environment, esp. to whom are desirable to work in the field of business administration, marketing, event planning with World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO) and practice their critical thinking and community development skills.
• Participate in the program events (group training, meetings, seminars and group developing in 15 community-based groups belonging to the project)
• Project volunteers and interns will get allowance equal to full-time staffs.
• High opportunity to have long-term working contract with Hold The Future Center.
