Education for Nature-Vietnam (ENV) was established in 2000 as Vietnam’s first non-governmental organization focused on conservation of nature and the environment. Positions available
Education for Nature - Vietnam (ENV) is currently looking for candidate for the position of Wildlife Trade Program Manager.

Main Responsibilities

1. Supervise program staff
- Supervise up to 5 staff under the program

2. Manage bear farm campaign, other bear work and other species campaign
- Help design and develop campaigns to reduce the demand for bear bile consumption.
- Manage campaigns aimed at destabilizing business practices of bear farmers and building steady pressure within bear hotspots.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and other public events.
- Design and mange the execution of campaign activities including robust viral campaign and activities targeting potential consumers.
- Work closely with Communications Department to produce Voice of Vietnam Show, TV news segments and short films in support of campaign activities
- Produce reports and publications based on the outcome of various ENV campaign activities

4. Produce reports of program activities
- Produce internal reports and donor reports based on the outcome of various ENV campaign activities

5. Communications
- Coordinate campaign development and activities closely with all relevant departments within ENV
- Communicate regularly with ENV management team on development ideas, progress, results, and obstacles relating to your work.

6. Other operational duties
- Technical inputs on other aspects of organizational planning and operations
- Help develop funding opportunities, write proposals, and maintain relationships with ENV donors.
- Complete other duties and assignments as specified by ENV managers

Qualifications
- College degree required
- Management experience required
- Excellent Vietnamese writing and editing skills required
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Excellent presentation, communication, organization and coordination skills
- Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Internet
- Ability to work independently, work under high pressure, meet deadline, take initiative and pay close attention to details
