We are looking for consultancy services for:
Vacancy: Youth Employment MEAL Officer
Based in Hochiminh Office

Main Responsibilities:

The MEAL/Project Officer is responsible to monitor and measure the project’s outputs, outcomes and impacts according to the agreed upon indicators, to facilitate capturing lessons learned in order to ensure that the project’s activities in are implemented to a high standard of quality, on time and within budget.

Key Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business administration, International development or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project M&E field, in training intervention and beneficiary follow up is an advantage;
  • Proven experience in program monitoring, review and evaluation
  • Excellent English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal;
  • Good experiences in materials developments, materials translation and editing;
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude to team work;
  • Excellent organisational skills, including time management, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
  • Ability to work with MS Excel; experience in Stata or SPSS will be advantageous;
  • Experience writing/ preparing donor reports;
  • Commitment to and understanding of SCI’s aims, values and principles
