The authorities of Da Lat city in Vietnam’s central highland province of Lam Dong coordinated with the Military Command of the province to block off the scene and handle the object suspected to be a bomb.
Earlier, on the same morning, workers used excavators to construct Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street, in Ward 2, Da Lat City.
At this time, road workers discovered a metal object shaped like a bomb. This object is 2-meter long, about 30 centimeters in diameter, and is located about one meter from the road surface.
