Bidding Details:
- Participants: Open to all.
- Form: Sealed bids; Bidders must complete the Bidding form and submit it directly to the AOP Office. The bid price should be in Vietnamese Dong, placed in a sealed envelope. The envelope should clearly state the bidder’s name, address, phone number, email address, and the title “Bidding for Prado car”. The highest bid wins.
- Viewing: AOP Office, 30 alley 12, Dang Thai Mai, Quang An, Tay Ho, Hanoi. Register with Quach Quang Hai, No 0912277475 for checking cars.
- Deposit: VND 10,000,000 (refundable for unsuccessful bidders).
- Minimum Bid: VND 250,000,000.
- Deadline: 5:00 pm, 15 June, 2025.
- Winner Notification: Within 5 days post-deadline via phone and email. Acceptance is required within 2 days. If the bidder fails to do so, AOP shall notify the person who submitted the second-highest bid.
- Responsibilities: Winner handles all transfer procedures with the Customs Department, Ministry of Public Security, and related authorities, and pays all related fees and taxes.
- Handover: After full payment and proof of ownership transfer.
