120kg Bomb Destroyed Successfully in Vietnam Central Province

Authorities of Vietnam’s central province of Quang Ngai on June 10 successfully deactivated a bomb weighing 120 kilograms. The bomb was discovered in Pho Nhon commune, Duc Pho district. According to information from the authorities, on June 7, during sand mining process at sand mine at Phuoc Loc village, an excavator accidentally dug a 250-pound bomb (equivalent to 120kg), in the Tra Khuc River. On June 6, at the sand mine, Lung Lo 251 Infrastructure Development JSC discovered a bomb measuring more than one meter in length and about 500 kilogram in weight in the Tra Khuc river (Nhan Dan, Vietnam Plus)
