300-kg Bomb Found in Quang Binh Province

A 300-kg bomb has been found at Hoang Xuan Thuy’s house in Bo Trach district in Vietnam’s central province of Quang Binh. The bomb with a length of 1.5 meters and a diameter of 40 cm was handed over to the local authorities for settlement. (Phap Luat Vietnam – Vietnam Law Aug 31 p2)
