China, Germany Support Vietnam’s Mountainous Areas to Enhance Education

China-based Huawei Vietnam Technologies Company Limited and Germany’s World University Service (WUS) have recently supplied equipment and learning devices to Vietnam’s mountainous areas to improve the region’s education and environment, state media reported.

In specific, Huawei Vietnam has offered 100 tablets to the Department of Education and Training in Bac Kan province, while providing 54 laptops and many tables and chairs to Tien Cat Primary School in Phu Tho province.

The company also cooperated with the 1+1>2 Architecture Office to build two new kindergartens in Xuan Lao commune, Muong Ang district in Dien Bien province.

On the other hand, the WUS, under the support of the state of Sachsen-Anhalt, provided 30 pure water purifiers to 30 schools in mountainous and remote areas in Vietnam. About 12,000 Vietnamese students will benefit from the assistance.
