Invitation for National University of Singapore’s Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy Masters Programs for Young and Mid Career Professionals

The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (the LKY School) was set up in 1999 in partnership with the Harvard Kennedy School. The strategic location of the LKY School in Singapore allows the students to study in one of the best public policy laboratories in the world while immersing in and accessing the wider Asia Pacific region. The school has a unique Asian focus and bridges the gap between prevailing theories in the West and best practices emerging in the East.
The LKY School is the first Asian school to be admitted into the prestigious Global Public Policy Network (GPPN), which was set up by Columbia University's School of International & Public Affairs (SIPA), the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE), and Sciences Po providing a unique opportunity for qualifying students to get a double degree from one of these partner universities.
The LKY School is also amongst the most generous schools of public policy in the world; nearly 50 percent of the international students study on generous merit scholarships provided by the School.
Currently, the School has more 400 students from over 50 countries. Twenty percent of the students come from Singapore; the rest from all over the world. Our alumni are ambassadors, senators, editors, social entrepreneurs, government officials and private sector leaders serving Asia and beyond.
The LKY Schools invites applications for the two-year Master in Public Policy (MPP) for young professionals with 1-5 years work experience and a one-year Master in Public Administration (MPA) for mid-career managers with 5-15 years of work experience. These programmes provide an unparalleled opportunity to network with the next generation of leaders in Asia who are being groomed as future leaders for their countries. For aspiring leaders keen to study, work, and live in Asia, there are few institutions that can match our experience and credentials.
The official deadline for applications is February 28th, 2012 for the academic year commencing July 2012.  Application details can be found on their website at www.lkyspp.nus.edu.sg. Interested individuals are invited to attend our Programme Information Session.
