New Country Coordinator of IIE

On behalf of members, we have a pleasure to welcome Ms. Trinh Mai Oanh is now the Country Coordinator for Institute of International Education (IIE) in Vietnam; and to bid farewell to her predecessor Ms.Helen Huntley after many years of fruitful collaboration.
