Two Million Women to Get Free Vaccines

The Ministry of Health's Preventive Medicine Department, National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology and Pasteur Institute plan to launch a campaign in late 2015 to provide free measles-rubella vaccines to more than 2 million young women in high-risk areas. More than 20 million children aged one to 14 received measles-rubella vaccines from September 2014 to May 2015, accounting for 95% of the country's children in that age range, according to the department.
