Project’s objectives : to help access to safe water and sanitation services, coupled with hygiene education in schools only.
Direct beneficiaries: children

Prior condition to obtain funds:
- The operating NGO exists already
- It is recognised nationwide by the VN government and has all relevant autorisations from Paccom
- The project has to be sustainable and relevant in a given context
- Duration of the project = 1 to 2 years max.
