Vietnam Hanoi to Invest in Numerous Drainage Upgrading Projects

Vietnam’s capital city of Hanoi plans to invest in various projects to upgrade water drainage systems in the inner city with the funding from the municipal budget, the Ha Noi Moi newspaper reported Dec 23. Of the sum, VND23.3 billion will be poured in drainage system in Duoi Ca-Truong Dinh areas, VND13.8 billion in Vinh Hung street and VND11.05 billion in Nguyen Duc Canh-Luong Khanh Thien areas, all in Hoang Mai district. Meanwhile, VND6.8 billion will be pumped into systems in Giang Vo-Tran Huy Lieu three-way crossroads in Ba Dinh district and VND14.3 billion will be used for those located in Ha Dong district’s Phan Dinh Giot street.
