Vietnam, Japan Promote Legal Education Collaboration

On February 5, Vietnamese Minister of Justice Le Thanh Long had a meeting in Hanoi with Professor Aikyo Masanor, president of Aichi Prefectural University and former Vice President of Japan’s Nagoya University, to discuss legal education cooperation, local media reported.

This collaboration has also played a significant role in training and enhancing the capabilities of legal and judicial officials in Vietnam.

Mr. Long expressed confidence that the Japanese professor will continue promoting legal education cooperation between Vietnam and Japan, particularly between the Ministry of Justice, Hanoi Law University, and Japanese educational institutions. This collaboration aims to further improve the quality of legal human resources in Vietnam, meeting the demands of new challenges.
