Vietnam Ministry Recruiting 100 People for Master Program in Russia

Vietnam's Ministry of Education and Training (MoET) is recruiting 100 people for two-year master program in Russia in September, as part of the debt settlement between the two nations, and the MoET will receive applications until August 16. The Vietnamese government provides 100 full-conditional scholarships, including tuition fees, living expenses, health insurance, and flight tickets, among others. The destination universities are Volgograd State Technical University, Tomsk Polytechnic University, Moscow Aviation Institute, and Tula State University. Applicants must meet the conditions on health, education background, foreign language ability as well as ethical requirements set by the Vietnamese government. Vietnam – Russia educational cooperation in recent years has been a highlight in the bilateral relations. The number of scholarships from Russia to Vietnam rose significantly to 965 in 2019, from 795 in 2015. Besides, there are more than 5,000 Vietnamese students in Russia without scholarships.
