/*Plutopia--An Online World about Good Citizenship and Good Government*/

"Plutopia " is a free interactive citizenship game where you are a
citizen watching whether your government does its job honestly,
efficiently, openly, and with genuine concern for the people.

You are given several ways to stop or discourage public officials from
abusing their power and wrongly using the people's money.

For the young, Plutopia offers ample activity and variety to be an
absorbing online game in itself, while subtly teaching values of good
citizenship and responsible government.

For professionals, especially those who work in development and
government, Plutopia can be enjoyed both as online game and role-playing
tool, especially if played as part of a training program.

For all age groups, Plutopia provides challenge and fellowship.

The game is based on the idea that citizens have the right and the power
to hold government to account for its actions. It gives a virtual
experience of "social accountability" action in a world called
"Plutopia" by, among others, introducing players to the Four Pillars of
Social Accountability:

    * organized and capable citizen groups;
    * an enabling environment, with government champions who are willing
      to engage;
    * cultural appropriateness; and,
    * access to information.

You can play Plutopia by going to http://apps.facebook.com/plutopia
