Irish Aid is currently inviting concept notes for its 2010 funding round. Priority consideration will be given to interventions which inform poverty reduction and social protection policies for vulnerable
groups. The Civil Society Facility focuses on the following areas: disability, HIV&   AIDS, and local participation and planning.
