[Capacity Development] DED Local Partnership Grants_Call for Proposals 2011

[Simon Freund - CSGLG DED Vietnam (Civil Society and Good Local Governance Program)]

The German Development Service (DED) is pleased to announce its interest in partnerships for its 
Small Grants for Local Partnerships in 2011.

The main purpose of the grants is to facilitate the implementation of Vietnam’s Grassroots Democracy Ordinance (34/2007/PL-UBTVQH11) in order to strengthen people’s participation and good governance at local level in Vietnam. 

We look forward to receiving your proposals!

Tổ chức dịch vụ phát triển Đức (DED) hân hạnh được giới thiệu về mối quan tâm của mình đến việc tài trợ các dự án nhỏ về Dân chủ tại cấp cơ sở năm 2011.

Mục đích của việc hỗ trợ này là thúc đẩy việc thực hiện Pháp lệnh về thực hiện dân chủ cấp xã, phường và thị trấn (Pháp lệnh số 34/2007/PL-UBTVQH11), nhằm tăng cường sự tham gia của người dân và điều hành tốt chính quyền tại cấp cơ sở ở Việt Nam. 

Chúng tôi hy vọng nhận được những đơn xin hỗ trợ với nhiều sáng kiến của các bạn!
