Vacancy announcement

MDF Training and Consultancy is an international management training and
consultancy organisation. To maintain and expand the training and consulting
services in Vietnam, we are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the
position of Logistic and Administration Officer.

Tasks and responsibilities:

         Being focal point in contacts with clients and service providers

*	Manage administrative tasks in the office
*	Support  trainers in the logistics of organizing  training courses
and consultancies
*	Office management
*	Involve in marketing activities

Qualifications of candidates:

*	Excellent command of English (speaking and writing)
*	Bachelors degree in a relevant field
*	At least 2 years of relevant experience in office management
*	Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking and writing),
analytical and friendly
*	Able to grasp client wishes as well our offer and/or to refer to
colleagues
*	Proven ability to consistently follow-up on multiple tasks, with
each a timeline
*	Ability to work in a team, giving and receiving feedback for mutual
understanding and development 
*	Proven ability to  set priorities and manage time  
*	Able to work independently
*	Vietnamese nationality
