MDF Training and Consultancy, a leading international management training
and consultancy organization, is looking for an experienced international
trainer for its branch office in Hanoi.

To cater to the demand of our clients MDF Indochina is currently seeking to
fill the following position:

International senior trainer for Management skills and Leadership

 

With the following qualifications

 

    Masters degree in a relevant field

    Solid experiences in the international development , preferably
combined with experienced in the private sector

    Solid training and consultancy experience, with emphasis on Management
skills, Human resources management and leadership.

    Experience in the Vietnamese/ South-east Asia context

    Analytical and empathic

    Excellent communication and facilitation skills

    Open-minded and interactive

    Able to work independently as well as in a team;

    Excellent command of English (speaking and writing)

    Willing to travel at least three months per year (national and
international)

 

We offer:

    Remuneration in accordance with MDF Indochina terms and conditions for
trainers and consultants and contingent upon qualifications and experience.
