Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

The Institute of International Education is managing the USAID/Vietnam 
funded Partner Capacity Development (PCD) Program in Vietnam. The PCD 
program is focused on the capacity development of local not for profit 
organizations (VNGOs), community based organizations (CBOs), social 
enterprises and other similar organizations, such as DPOs (Disabled 
Person Organizations) in Vietnam.

The purpose of this survey is to gather information about access to, and 
the need for access to organizational development services to support 
the capacity development of your organizations in Vietnam. Your answers 
to this survey will assist IIE through the PCD program to better 
understand the need for and access to organizational development 
services in Vietnam.
