CARE in Vietnam is looking for Research Consultant/team to conduct a desk review and field research with relevant stakeholders. The detail TOR as attached file.

Application include:


·         CVs in English

·         A baseline survey proposal including innovative proposed methodology, sampling, fieldwork plan, data processing and analysis proposal, quality insurance plan,

·         Proposed budget, and

·         An example of a previous similar piece of work
