<br>The course will introduce some basic components in designing and writing project proposal. The course also introduces tools to develop project and monitoring & evaluation issues are preferably integrated from the beginning (please find the attachments below to see more details). Đây là tin nhắn nhắc nhở về khóa học "Kỹ năng viết đề án xin tài trợ" diễn ra từ ngày 02/03 đến 04/03 năm 2011 tại trường Đại học Tôn Đức Thắng do Trung tâm Đào tạo Phát triển Xã hội (SDTC) tổ chức. <br><br>Khóa học sẽ giới thiệu các yếu tố cơ bản trong thiết kế và viết đề án xin tài trợ cho các dự án phát triển. Khóa học sẽ giới thiệu công cụ sử dụng trong thiết kế dự án và chú trọng việc tích hợp phần giám sát - đánh giá vào đề án ngay từ đầu ( Vui lòng xem file đính kèm để biết thêm chi tiết). Hạn chót đăng ký khóa học đến hết ngày 25/02/2011.<br>
